Functional Fitness, Nutrition & Community
My name is Amy Tovar and I am SO glad you are here! Allow me to introduce myself and my family. I am a proud retired firefighter wife, mom of four really sweet boys, homeschooler & wellness advocate.
We strive to equip families to be prepared in body and mind for whatever life throws at them. In addition to Park & Soul, we operate a multi-state First Aid/CPR, Wilderness First Aid business. For more information, check out www.myfamilysfirstaid.com
Above all, my heart's desire is to demonstrate to women that God made each of us uniquely well, capable and strong.
I love community, sharing life, living authentically and loving others where they are at. I believe women function best in real life communities and it is my goal to equip women to be their personal best in every stage of their lives.
My story is one wrought with wondering, learning, listening, praying, researching, and moving forward with the best information and supportive people that have been available to Jose & I at every turn.
We are humbled by the fact that I keep getting these incredible second chances. Life is worth living, and I won't ever give up. God made us all well, in His image, with purpose. Taking action in our personal choices allows us to use all of our gifts in the way that best gives Him the glory. I am still in awe at how God has used my sicknesses to pursue me, and I'm thankful that He keeps giving me chances to share how He loves us.

Boyhood is at its finest with a band of brothers. These guys love to love, love to fight and love to eat. They love legos, surfing, climbing trees, singing really loud in the car, reading furiously, playing video games, riding bikes to Sunday school, fishing, making crafts, dumping the house and more eating.
They love deeply and are very loud about it all.
They have a health story too!
